What to know before you upload.

Do I pay before seeing the proof?

For the standard order path, yes. You order first, then send your pet photo and details so we can prepare your portrait proof before anything goes to print. One revision round is included; if it still is not right, we refund before production starts.

Can I get just the digital drawing?

No. Drawn & Cozy is a keepsake studio. Proofs stay watermarked and low resolution; the finished sweatshirt or blanket is the product.

What photos work best?

Clear, bright photos where the pet's face, ears, markings, and coloring are easy to see. Upload a few if you are unsure.

How should I choose sweatshirt size?

Comfort Colors 1566 runs small according to supplier sizing. Choose one size larger than your usual sweatshirt if you prefer a relaxed fit or are between sizes. Available sizes are S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL.

Can I request changes?

Yes. One revision round is included before final approval unless otherwise stated. If the proof still is not a fit after that revision, we refund before production starts.

When does production start?

Only after you approve the proof. Custom printed orders cannot be changed once production starts.
